Registration for the Fall Yoga session will be at
Ridgley Middle School in the hall in front of the Gym
Monday, September 11, 2017 from 6:30 until 7:30.
Fall classes start the following week.
Adult MAX Class: MAX on Tuesday evenings with a physically challenging yoga class that is doable for everyone. By practicing simple yoga exercises one will be able to strengthen and increase stamina. Breathing techniques will also help release stress, tension and anxiety.
Adult RELAX Class: Relax on Monday or Tuesday evenings during the Hatha yoga program for adults. With practice participants will experience improvements in flexibility, strength and balance. Breathing techniques will also help release stress, tension and anxiety.
Child & Adult: Yoga class for children and parents. Instead of sitting on the sidelines watching your child, have some fun and learn some basic yoga poses.
Teen Class: Learn twelve basic poses and other yoga practices that will help you have a health body and calm mind even when life gets stressful.
Fall Yoga Session - The fall yoga classes run from mid-September to mid-December right before the Winter break. The kids class ends a little sooner in November.
Winter Yoga Session - The winter yoga classes run from mid-January to April right before the Spring break. The kids class ends a little sooner in March.
Spring Yoga Session - The spring yoga classes run from April to June right before the Summer break.
Summer Yoga Session - The summer yoga class will run from June to mid-August. It will only be offered Tuesday nights. Sorry no child parent class during the summer.
