SPRING LTRC YOGA

If you have previously felt intimidated by yoga or thought you were not flexible enough to do yoga, these classes are for you. Improve flexibility, strength and learn to relax with yoga.

Registration for the Spring Yoga session starts Monday, April 8th.
Sign-up before class.


Classes held in the Activity Room at Ridgley Middle School. To get to the room use the parking lot off Charmuth Road. Come into the school using the 4 doors by the gym. After entering the school turn right into the gym and walk to the far end. The Activity room is on the other side.

Adult LONG HOLD Class – Monday night from 6:40 until 7:40.
$55 cost per student.

Adult MAX Class - Tuesday night from 6:40 until 7:40.
$55 cost per student.

Adult RELAX Class – Monday or Tuesday night from 7:50 until 8:50.
$55 cost per student.

Want to MAX & RELAX ? or take all three
$75 cost for two classes or $85 for three adult classes.

Adult LONG HOLD Class: Hold your poses a little longer on Monday evenings with a physically challenging yoga class that is doable for everyone. By practicing simple yoga exercises one will be able to strengthen and increase flexibility. Breathing techniques will also help release stress, tension and anxiety.

Adult MAX Class: MAX on Tuesday evenings with a physically challenging aerobic (Kundalini) yoga class that is doable for everyone. By practicing simple yoga exercises one will be able to strengthen and increase stamina. Breathing techniques will also help release stress, tension and anxiety.

Adult RELAX Class: Relax on Monday or Tuesday evenings during the Hatha yoga program for adults. With practice participants will experience improvements in flexibility, strength and balance. Breathing techniques will also help release stress, tension and anxiety.

Fall Yoga Session - The fall yoga classes run from mid-September to mid-December right before the Winter break.

Winter Yoga Session - The winter yoga classes run from mid-January to April.

Spring Yoga Session - The spring yoga classes run from April to June right before the Summer break.

Summer Yoga Session - The summer yoga class will run from June to close to the end of August.
